The only 3G service that was *worth* thinking about was the one in Hong Kong when I was there a couple of months back. I'm yet to find a 3G service anywhere I've been that's any good. Half the time, it's terribly slow, with huge packet loss, and the other half it's just dropping connections left, right and centre. Singapore's might be good (the perfectionists that they are), but it's always a rush-visit for me when I'm there. Then again, they have blanketed the whole country with free wifi, so... Overall, wifi is still better, if you can find it. For me, the issue isn't what the phone can do; it's what the service provider can. Cheers, Mark.
