Well, there's a reason why the latency might be a little 
higher than expected, i.e., an extra 30ms or so.

As it stands, for reasons I can't get into here, the west-
bound segment of the SEACOM system is not yet complete. 
Traffic is currently being routed east-bound toward Mumbai, 
and then switched onto another cable system for west-bound 
access. This adds another ~30ms to the latency.

But, these issues will be resolved (as they always are). So 
far, given the current design, I think it's VERY GOOD!
