Peter, The connection will be faster than what we are seeing currently over satellite, maybe more than 3x if 600ms divide by 3 gives 200ms!. With TCP, latency plays a great factor in increasing or decreasing your effective 'speed'. I think it's something called bandwidth-delay product.....
