I don't know if this would be considered an act of war. Considering H Clinton's response then it has gotten the attention of Obama. I would hate for my grand kids to study that WW3 started because Google got hacked! Jokes aside though, the Chinese are taking hacking to a new level, this is far beyond the Eastern Bloc/Russian hackers would hack for Crime Syndicates.
