In-fact it can better be controlled in the arms of UCC than individual ...

however the registry be RUN by companies like CFI on termly basis for
efficiency...
Just like the current .com / .net situation ...Controlled by ICANN but run

any another bid winner based on 5/7 year terms.
Believe me or NOT Noah, the brighter future for .UG is being run by a NON
profit
organization ...The main reason .UG is unsuccessful, is because we all
compete with the owner ...
(This doesn't make any sense ...and this is where CFI went wrong)
