Talking from the point of view of an Administrator of several Joomla! sites hosted by CFI, if CFI can enhance the panel so that it allows for a degree of flexibility in installing/uninstalling new modules, components, etc, without having to take the site down and then up again, then this would be a great value addition intervention.
