Its not Orange, its Apple. Tethering is not turned on by default on
iPhones, I guess its because AT&T didn't want it in the first place. The
iOS disable it unless the carrier has explicitly requested for it and Apple
approves. By all means, Orange would want you to tether and consume more
data..and on android devices, its just seamless.

You can do a SIM swap and put that data on a modem instead or another
android phone that tether.

I am not sure if MTN allowes tethering but I think its your only other
option. Doesnt save you the 1.2GB already bought from Orange though.
