My main Issue is an easy to use graphical User Interface.Some customers(users) won't ask for help.They'll just leave the place with a biased opinion about the OS/'Computers not working /are hard to use' Probably you guys are bright and were able to figure out the navigation tricks but for me and some other guys it was completely hard .Keep in mind the fact that i didn't ask around.
