Hi Joseph, there's a cafe down the Naalya road from Ntinda (but before the rise to Kiwaatule) that runs Ubuntu only. I don't know its name but it has many customers who all seem happy with their Ubuntu + the Mozilla burning foxes.
And Haven cafe is next door so you can get your drug fix - It's a rather nice place. You could check it out as part of your research. Cheers!
