David, Finding a no-win no-fee lawyer who is going to fight the URA is why we don't have much litigation. The up-front costs are too damn high. I hate superfluous litigation like suing over hot coffee and microwaved dogs, but I can see that having none is a royal pain too. As you said if there is not push back nothing changes.
