Thanx Benard and Simon for sharing, clearly i'm to think twice again on Alcatel PABXes next time i'm asked to recommend a PABX , i guess the reason why I have never had very advanced problems with them is that most of the companies I have worked with lease them, so it becomes the vendors "problem" when they get a problem so to speak.
