@ Simon, Alcatel is okay, MFI guys i think have a direct link with
Alcatel so support is quite sufficient besides how bad can it be,
Alcatel has offices on ground here in UG, just above the ministry of
public services offices in case of anything i think you can just walk
into their offices and be sure your complaint is raised directly to
