using Orange as an ISP, I have every thing normal save for smile.co.ug
and datanet.co.ug
datanet goes out of the country with a good number of timeouts
smile seem to be buying capacity from roketelkom which has a direct
connectivity (peering) with Orange (I hope roke is not buying capacity
from Orange as some of the documents I have here reads)
