I never actually understood why a web browser even needs text in its
interface. Sure, for some dialogues I suppose it's inevitable (invalid SSL
certs and the like), but it shouldn't be impossible to create a browser
localisation which is language-neutral and conveys everything it needs to
say through symbolics.
