Did I hear right!? "the 80% or so 'illiterate' folk"!!! Illiterate!!!? and yet they can read Luganda!! What is this? Is literacy about the English language!? ..... and yet most of us cannot even write, speak or understand correct English!!?
If this is how you "literate" people look at the rest of us, I think we have a big problem here!! I guess this is the same way we look at many things!! God save Uganda.
