Download numbers aren't a useful metric.That just shows that the Acholi language pack is well marketed (probably because of its sponsorship). Unlike the Swahili one (a much more widely spoken language) which has 54 downloads. Or the Russian and Spanish - only 9000 & 8000 users, despite a huge amount of Russian & Spanish online content.
