I'm happy to join ICTAU and contribute, just as I contribute on various other organizations in our Internet community. As with the other bodies, I don't mind not being paid provided what we're doing for "the wananchi" is not in conflict, but I'm not sure I'm ready to pay to contribute my time :-). Mark.
