I suppose the point I was trying to make is that there are a lot of organizations and entities that are willing to put in seed money into bodies such as ICTAU that make their case, which would allow you to focus on the business of meeting your objective, to a level where sponsorship can fall away and the body can sustain itself through more conventional means such as membership fees. If ICTAU have no credibility yet, it will be hard to rope participation in, let alone membership fees. Not saying it's not impossible, just a little harder. Mark.
