Kyle, we always keep coming back to this. Somehow everyone believes "access to internet" is a panacea to all our problems. What I am asking for is that we do more than give access. There are reports and statistics that pretty much show we have access licked. We have over 95% coverage of our country. Perhaps now we should talk content. We should talk about what we can do with this access.
