If you're not going to help, then saying it that way is just flat-out rude. Obviously, they want to make it fully accessible but it's not as if they're getting paid for this and they have other demands on their time.
What you said basically boils down to "I want to set up a business using your hobby project. Please drop whatever you're doing and implement a feature I want for free."
