Hi,

For your information, we are discussing a potential migration from
LXDE + Gtk applications to a LXQt + Qt environment for Lubuntu. You
may be interesting in the discussion about the different applications
for the different user cases :
https://blueprints.launchpad.net/lubuntu-brainstorming/qt-migration

Maybe you will be interesting to participate to the discussion, and
maybe bless or advise some Qt applications for other distributions
trying to build a lightweight Qt one ? :-) LXQt is still incomplete as
a desktop environment (compare to Gnome or KDE), and I don't how much
functionalities / integration you want to support in the project at
the end (all uses cases or a core system with recommended external
applications)

I'm still a bit worried about some applications / features not
available in a Qt lightweight solution (office solution, language
support, tasks manager …). But I'm still in the process to discover
the Qt world :-)

Any comments / inputs are, of course, welcome :-)

Regards,
Julien Lavergne
