So many times someone requested this and always been rejected. I´ve come to
conclusion that no one (devs) cares and/or want it.
Lxde is only developed by one guy, lxqt devs never had any interest in
providing the right tools for localization so I just gave up.
Sincerely, I don´t any interest in providing any of my free time to those
who are not interested on it. So do whatever you want but I think that your
requests will go into a deep, empty hole anyway.
