Again, the Pootle translation server is down.... Please reconsider a switch
to Transifex.
As I already remarked at an earlier Pootle outage: I've set up a free
Transifex account for LXDE, which I can transfer to the LXDE devs
immediately. It's fully cost-free.
This would provide the LXDE project with a reliable and proven translation
facility.
