So let me get this straight. The problem is people coming to
Lubuntu/LXDE resources asking for help with LXLE, yet putting
Lubuntu/LXDE support areas in an external resources area would be fine?
If the Lubuntu/LXDE resources are listed, then LXLE users will continue
to visit those areas for help. I'll get around to separating them but
then I would argue that perhaps in the future, questions about LXLE in
Lubuntu areas should be expected and not rejected.
