I plan to release pcmanfm-qt and libfm-qt recently. This can be a major release since it brings several new features and API changes. About libfm, when to release is up to its current maintainer Andriy and I don't plan to touch it. Having the same release cycle with the whole LXQt seems to be a good idea. We can try to do that later. If we can make new releases of the whole LXQt more often that will even be better.
