It was actually in the panel.conf configuration file that there was a
problem.
It is a computer that is used to test applications. I reinstalled
several times the Mageia distribution and, as a result, the panel.conf
file was disrupted.
I renamed it, I disconnected and then reconnected. Now the operation is
correct.
