But the only browser today that handles cookies properly today is lynx 
. . . the rest require that they be on, or off, or externally thwarted.

hmm, a thought brews.  The cookie file as a link to a /dev, which on 
write uses sed to remove any cookie not from a .org domain . . .

lyx would mark exactly the second site that i'd allow cookies . . .
