I could do it, but it's better if I explain how you should do it :-)

To password protect a page, add 'action=attr' at the end of the URI.
For instance,

        http://wiki.lyx.org/Windows/LyX151?acton=attr

Then enter a password in the field for 'edit', since we want to restrict edit priviliges. This password will also automatically be required when someone tries to change the attributes (passwords) of the page.
