Really? I've never heard this before. But anyway, you can also create a
new directory and use it as LyX's temp directory (Change the settings in
LyX's path preferences.
Your LyX-testfile works perfectly with my setup.
So this is the last try:
What was already installed when you used my installer? Python, MSYS,
Perl? Could you please send me the PATH-prefix that you can find in
LyX's preferences dialog under Paths.
