Check Tools->Preferences->Converters->Postscript->PDF (ps2pdf). The
converter is usually ps2pdf13, but I suppose it could be different in
your setup. Assuming it is, there should be a ps2pdf13.bat file in the
MikTeX bin directory (along with ps2pdfxx.bat and ps2pdfxx.exe).
