My response to EK was wrong. I made a mistake. EK is right -- there's no
simple way to move your logo, because putting \vskip within a footer or within
a \logo command causes compilation errors:
===============================
! Missing } inserted.
<inserted text>
}
l.39 \end{frame}
?
===============================
I tried the \makeatletter \makeatother thing, no go. Does anyone know how to
use \vskip within a \logo{} or \footer{} command?
I also tried the textpos package, which is supposed to be the solution to this
problem. In my opinion the textpos package is poorly documented, and could
not get that to work either.
EK is right -- inability to position a logo on every page is a serious
drawback. I'm sure there's a way to do it, but I can't figure out how.
Anyone know a workaround? Is there a substitute for \vskip?
