As Jean-Marc noted, it's difficult to get all of that.

However, I think we should find a little more general construct than what
we have now.  What we have now is a hack that works for the title stuff.

What we need is something a little more advanced.  I don't know exactly
what we want, but we'll have this problem to deal with when the InsetText
is done.  Suddenly, we have to specify that tables inside math is not
legal.  That footnotes in margin notes are not legal.  Etc.

So we have to solve this at least partially.

This is exactly what we mean with the "characer styles".  We want those
in LyX too.
