I keep forgetting to test whether this is needed, but just in case it only
charges while actually powered on, you could try this: Plug in to wall
powere, turn on, go into basic, type "power cont" enter, and just leave it
like that over night. The command tells it not to power itself off after 10
minutes. Then it is for certain trying to charge the battery all night. You
can issue "power 100" to put it back.
