[M100] m100 problem

I was using TS-DOS, although I do not know if that is what did it,
when my model 100 froze up. Now it has apparently random pixels on the
screen with some leftover letters. I have cold started and even taken
the batteries out, no change. I am afraid this could be the end. Going
to open it up now to look for anything obvious.
