Hi, this is a glitch in HTC's software update screen from what I'm guessing because I had a sighted friend check that on my HTC my touch 4g slide. As far as Ice Cream Sandwich update goes it will be at least a month but most likely 6 months to a year before HTC sense devices see this update. By the way on the HTC software update screen if there is an update there will be more than one option
