ok, I am getting sick of people blaming CF all the time. ok sure, it takes
them a while to respond, and can you blame them some times? people wine and
complain so much! let me try saying this another way. now, I don't know
wair I read this, so don't quote me on this, maybe it was the eyes-free
list, however, I have read that when they came out with gingerbread 2.3
android removed the capability of using volume keys, and the camera button
as answer and hang up buttons. I know this because someone that used to use
a program that made there camera button an answer button no longer can use
it after there phone updated to 2.3. so I state again, people. please either
learn how to get around things, or just go buy an i-phone like the rest of
the blind comunity, and suffer some of its faults. all phones have there
faults. nothing is perfect.

I'm sorry, but we need to stop covering for Code Factory on these issues.
Last summer, we thought it was just an issue with HTC phones, but we now
know that it goes much deeper. I have an LG enlighten, which I love, but I
cannot answer or reject calls using the volume keys. Dan is right, why
should we have to swipe to answer a call when the phone is locked but have
to find the answer button when the phone is in use. It was easy for Code
Factory to lay blame with just one manufacturer, but clearly this is not the
case, and now we all know that. Hopefully, a new version of Mobile
Accessibility is coming soon that addresses all these issues. Of course,
even if this is so, we'll never know this, because Code Factory never tells
us anything.On 11/10/2011 2:36 PM, Dusty Tague
