If u have talkback installed, u would go to settings on phone and go under
accessibility and make sure that accessibility is checked and then make
sure talkback is checked but then u would make sure mobile accessibility is
not checked.  However if mobilie accessibility is your home screen, mobile
accessibility will still come up but when u go in to menus outside of
mobile accessibility, talkback should kick in.  Hope this helps.
