You have a trackpad since you have a MacBook Pro. All Mac laptops have a trackpad which replaces the mouse. You also have a Trackpad Commander which will allow you to operate your MacBook Pro using gestures. The trackpad is that rectangle below the space bar, and pressing it will perform a mouse click.
