Hello Mike, Remember that you have to use the right-hand Option key for Keyboard Commander. Actually, you can choose to use the left-hand Option key, but the default one is on the right.
You turn Keyboard Commander on and off with VO-Shift-k and you can find the existing commands by opening VoiceOver Utility (VO-F8). Go to the Commanders category, select Keyboard Commander and navigate right to Keyboard Commander Table. You can also add your own short cuts to this list by clicking on the Add button.
