Hi!

I get the same thing. I get an internal error, running iTunes 10.5 official and 
OS X 10.7.2, iPhone 4 with iOS 4.3.5.

That's certainly some detail you've got there, Apple, without help no less. 
Gosh. I'm thinking of trying a full restore with that particular update, but 
that'll have to wait.
