Ah well then, forget my last two messages. :)
And forget it, we all make mistakes, I've done silly things like that before too, and I'm usually pretty good at this stuff.

I really feel stupid right about now.

If you navigate to the menu bar (with VO-M or Control-F2), then VO- Right arrow past "Safari" or press "D" (with QuickNav off), can you access the
"Develop" menu on the Safari menu bar? It should be to the right of
"Bookmarks".

It's all there. This was a great combination of trying
to make something harder than it should be by not being thorough
enough. I am used to seeing the Menu bar with Apple Finder,
File, Edit, View Window and Help. When I started Safari,
safari's menu was right next to Apple and then there was File and
Edit again which made me think that was all the new links and
stop looking. I also thought this new menu might be in safari,
itself so I kept looking in there for something new and didn't
really go through the entire menu bar from one end to the other
as the next two links past safari seemed familiar so why go on?
Just one more link over would have told me everything.

I was not very smart this time.

Thanks very much to all of you for your help.
