Hello Phil, Your question sparked my curiosity and here's what I've found. If you turn cursor tracking off, then press Cmd-l, you'll either hear the address spoken or "Open location". If you hear the latter, press VO-F4 to hear what has keyboard focus and the address will be read. Obviously, VO-Shift-c will copy the address.
