mine too and it is driving me nuts! Does anyone know why this is? is it a glitch in the Mac mini? Other settings I've changed stay changed, but not the function keys. Since I have a full apple keyboard I need these function keys to work for voiceover. If it is a glitch I would like to contact Apple about it.
