Since the Vi market is less then 5% of apple's total market. do you
really think your stragity will really work? Sorry, you are not a big
enough fish. for Apple to truly care or even bow down to the pressures.
They will just turn around and say it is your business therefore you
occur the cost. We are just providing the platform.
As long as the pod is accessible to play, then there is no issues from
the average user. So the people that this effects is podcasters which is
even a smaller group then the whole VI group.
