Hi Gordon, I did read your post earlier, but I was in transit to the market. I am wondering if it is operating system specific. On my iPhone4, I am running 6.1.2 and on my MBA I am running ML. I'm wondering if something got broken with the OS updates for both the iOS and Mavericks. Just a thought.

HumanWare UK tell me also that they are seeing similar problems and have alerted the Canadian subsidiary company which is HumanWare's dev envelopment arm and asked them to investigate. As you may have seen in my response to Eileen's post, I have tried numerous devices with the same result each time. But I won't give up, maybe one time I'll get lucky. All this brings me to my next question. Is there a definitive source of commands for these displays? This also applies to the Mac as well.
