hi gordon at first i had this with my apex so i reset it and i also reset the iphone of course you must be doing this through accessibility voice over then braille and your apex should be seen the only thing is when asked to pair you have to be like lightning to put in the code but as you say the difficulty is that it is not seing the apex. shame you cannot try another apex with it just to prove it is your apex that's the problem.
