P.S. I love my MacBook Air. I've almost gotten to the point of being completely Windows free now. I only really use Windows for track changes, but hopefully soon I won't even need it for that. I'm not sure if you've used a Mac before—I assume you have seeing as you're on this list. If so, then I need say no more—a MacBook Air would be fantastic for meetings. However, if you haven't, then just be warned that you will need to dedicate a lot of time to learning how to use it, unlearning what you're used to with Windows and developing new strategies.
