Hellow,
I’ve been trying for ages to make a bootable USB drive for ubuntu, but never
managed to get it to work. I followed the instructions exactly, right down to
holding down the options key while restarting the computer, but it never works.
I’m running mac mavricks here on a late 2012 mac mini and just wondering if
either the instructions are out of date or missing something, because everyone
else I know who’s used linux has managed to get the thing working fine. Also
the thing I notice is that none of the instructions say how to get orca running
assuming you do manage to get ubuntu loaded from the memorystick. I did hear
orca was built into ubuntu now.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what to do next?
Thanks,
Harmony.
