I was actually playing with this last night and found the remedy. With the itunes app opened there is a small tab in the center top of the box that says playlist. Click on that and the source list will come up on the sidebar. Now if you want the songs in a list format and not album, go to the far right at the top of the box and click on I think it says music or album, a dropdown will come up and click songs. The songs will now be in list format.
