What you purchased did not fall under the NAFTA agreement, UPS is the worst,
they always want to ship ground and will even try to add a brokerage
surcharge on air shipments, particularly of computer equipment, I don't
purchase pills across the border so I can't give you a relevant example
along those lines.
USPS, FedEx and DHL have all been expediters I've had little or no hassle
from, USPS being my preferred method to receive from the US.
